The platform allows the customers to reduce latency, improve performance, and eliminate hops by hosting their platform in the same cloud as their carriers. It enables the consumers to achieve global presence through international carrier partners providing access to worldwide voice and data. Furthermore, Brightlink IP provides SIP trunking solutions to voice platforms like Skype and Mitel. “We peer with some of the biggest carriers in the world and for most have enabled HD peering to those networks,” explains White. “We can control the audio stream end to end and ensure that users get HD audio.” Adding more to the company’s portfolio is their Network Operation Center (NOC) through which it offers managed services to its clients. “We process more than 1.4 billion minutes a month and over 100 million call transactions per day on our network,” says White.
